The NGO Volunteers of Dagupan City are now ready for a big fight in the city. Their mission is to maintain the security, crowd control, and to regulate a good traffic. NGO's such as the Philippine GUARDIANS Brotherhood, Inc. (PGBI) are now preparing a good plan and strategy on how they can help and keep for the people safe to this Bangus Festival 2012.
On April 13, 2012 - Bangus ed Carosa Float Parade will be their first duty. They will assist and conduct a security of the visitors, guests, and to VIP's. NGO's are just like a hero, they are helping voluntarily for the safety and goodness of the community.
