The NGO Volunteers of Dagupan City are now ready for a big fight in the city. Their mission is to maintain the security, crowd control, and to regulate a good traffic. NGO's such as the Philippine GUARDIANS Brotherhood, Inc. (PGBI) are now preparing a good plan and strategy on how they can help and keep for the people safe to this Bangus Festival 2012.
